President

Dan is the founder and President of Kincaid Insurance. For over two decades, Dan has led the company to become one of the most well-known independent agencies in Southern Indiana.

Vice President

Jon has been with the company for over 15 years. His main focus is new and existing client relations and operations of the business. Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 sons. He is actively involved in the Santa Claus community.

Vice President

Jeremy has been with the agency for over 5 years and oversees all of the marketing and operations of the business. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and leading an active outdoor lifestyle.

Commercial Lines New Business Marketing Coordinator

Gina has been with Kincaid Insurance for almost 5 years and handles the marketing of all new business commercial lines accounts. Outside of work, Gina enjoys going to concerts, shopping, and spending time with friends and loved ones.

Life and Health Insurance Manager

Melissa has been with the company for over 5 years and manages the benefits department, including life, health, vision, dental, and short-term and long-term disability insurance. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys photography, spending time with family, local sporting events, and being involved with local schools.

Accounting Manager

Donna has been with the company for almost 20 years. She oversees accounting and claims in the office. Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with family and friends, woodworking, and being involved in the local volunteer fire department. She is a licensed Emergency Medical Responder.

Commercial Auto Underwriting Manager

Jeanette has been with the agency for over 5 years and in the insurance industry for almost 30 years. Outside of work, Jeanette enjoys spending time with family, her dogs, crafting, and interior decorating

Trucking Service Agent

Jennifer has been with the agency for almost 10 years. She is a CSR for the transportation department. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, crafting, and listening to music.

Personal Lines CSR

Allison recently joined the Kincaid team and handles marketing of all personal lines accounts. Outside of work, she enjoys landscaping, agricultural work, and being outdoors.

Commercial Lines CSR

Anne has been with the company for over 5 years. She works primarily as a CSR for commercial insurance accounts. Outside of work, Anne is highly involved in her community and loves to spend time with her family.

Personal Lines CSR

Joanie has been with the agency for over 15 years. She is a CSR for personal lines accounts. Outside of work, Joanie enjoys spending time with friends and family, cross stitching, and reading.

Commercial Lines CSR

Misty has been with the agency for almost 10 years. Misty is a CSR for commercial lines accounts. Outside of work, Misty enjoys working on her family farm, spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors.

Transportation Risk Manager

Steve has more than 30 years specializing in trucking insurance. During this time he has successfully worked as a partner with carriers helping lower their exposure and liability while increasing their coverage.
